Return

At Göta's World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have fourteen (14) days from the date you receive your item(s) to return them, no questions asked. The return date will be determined by the postmark or proof of shipment from Posti Group Oyj.

Please ensure that the item(s) are returned in their original condition, as we cannot accept returns of items that are damaged or altered. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns made after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
