Göta's World Ltd / Götan Maailma Oy specializes in selling authentic, aged tribal art and antiquities. Each item is one-of-a-kind, and as a result, the condition may vary significantly, with some pieces showing surface wear, cracks, dust, dirt, and other signs of age.

We guarantee the authenticity of all items listed in our online store, with descriptions provided to the best of our knowledge. However, descriptions and prices may change at any time. While we strive to display object colors and images as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colors seen on your device will match exactly.

If you require additional photos or detailed information about a specific piece, including potential defects, please contact us at info@gotasworld.com. All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and in cases where multiple orders are placed simultaneously, Göta's World reserves the right to select the buyer at our discretion. We also reserve the right to reject any order at our sole discretion.

Selling price

The selling price is as stated in the context of the shop sale, determined by Göta's World Ltd / Götan Maailma Oy (Business ID 2398690-9). All artwork prices are fixed by the seller and are not subject to modification or discount. Prices are clearly listed in the description of each artwork and are provided in Euros (€).

Prices include value-added tax (VAT), which is currently 24% in Finland. Delivery costs are not included in the listed price and will be calculated based on the shipping destination, the characteristics of the artwork, and the selected shipping method. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

E-ordering

Göta's World Ltd / Götan Maailma Oy (Business ID 2398690-9) manages the Göta's World website, where artworks can be conveniently ordered through the Shopping Cart. Upon placing an order, the buyer will receive an email confirmation, which includes the order details and total price. To ensure receipt of this confirmation, the buyer must provide a valid email address at the time of purchase. By completing an order, the buyer agrees to the delivery terms applicable to that specific transaction.

Payment

In Göta's World website, all purchases are paid by online payment. Online payments are processed by Shopify Payments (https://www.shopify.com/payments) and Paytrail (https://www.paytrail.com/en/) See (https://www.paytrail.com/en/terms-and-conditions).

Tax and Import Duties

Potential buyers should be aware that certain countries may restrict or prohibit the importation of specific goods, including antiquities, or may require permits for their importation. It is the buyer’s responsibility to research and comply with any relevant regulations and to secure any necessary licenses or permits to import the artwork(s) they wish to purchase. Should customs duties, taxes, or import fees apply, they will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is fully responsible for both the declaratory procedures and any associated payments.

Reservation of Property Rights

The artwork(s) remain the sole property of Göta's World Ltd/ Götan Maailma Oy until full payment is received.

Language

In the event of any discrepancy in meaning or interpretation between the English and Finnish versions of this website, the Finnish text will take precedence.
