Mesmerizing set of three aged Byzantine cast bronze belt terminals and buckles, found in Balkans. A fine examples, with Byzantine characteristics and details, including bronze belt buckle with an ornamented cross displayed as the buckle tongue, with round buckle and D-shaped buckle. The Byzantine Empire existed from 330 to 1453 AD. Often called the Eastern Roman Empire or simply Byzantium. The Byzantine capital was founded at Constantinople by Constantine I. The Byzantine Empire varied in size over the centuries, at one time or another, possessing territories located in Italy, Greece, the Balkans, Levant, Asia Minor, and North Africa.
Moderate to good condition, smooth shiny patina. Signs of wear consistent with age and use. Missing needles. Lovely patina. Dents and minimal corrosion. Size varies from 2,7cm to 3,0cm. Sell as a set.

Returns
Returns and exchange will be accepted within fourteen days (14) of receipt at the purchaser’s cost to include freight and packaging. Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were shipped, and will not be accepted if damaged or altered in any way.
