Qing dynasty, Kangxi period (1662-1720), Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, China.
Impressive blue and white porcelain charger plate from the Chinese Kangxi period, a golden age for blue and white ceramics. Fascinating large porcelain plate features an extremely intricate design, comprising a finely painted central medallion with lotus flower, together with leaf scrolls. The outer border consists of twelve panels, each holding depictions of different plants and flowers, including lotus, chrysanthemums, peonies and plum trees. A delicate geometric design frames the entire composition. Completed with a flower mark along the underside. Wear commensurate with age and use. Repairs. Chips and crack in the rim. Glazing flaws and fritting. Size approx. 28,5cm x 28,5cm x 4,5cm.

Returns
Returns and exchange will be accepted within fourteen days (14) of receipt at the purchaser’s cost to include freight and packaging. Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were shipped, and will not be accepted if damaged or altered in any way.
