The Roman Empire, c. 100-400AD.

Magnificent, complete pair of Roman era cosmetic tweezers modelled in bronze. A single piece of flat bronze is modelled into the tweezer shape, indented to form a loop at the top. The blades are rectangular in section and flare slightly towards the blunt terminals. A fine green patina envelops in layers of mottled russet hues. Good condition. Intact. Age-related wear. Dirt, dust and minimal corrosion. Size approx. 4,6cm x 0,7cm x 0,7cm.

    Returns and exchange will be accepted within fourteen days (14) of receipt at the purchaser’s cost to include freight and packaging. Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were shipped, and will not be accepted if damaged or altered in any way.
